WHEN DOES A NEW ORIGINAL BECOME AVAILABLE AND WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

I do a countdown on my Instagram story (@elleveart) for when an original will become available which is usually 6PM GMT on any given day. It will be in the Original Paintings segment (dropdown) in the Shop section on the website menu bar. Available paintings are displayed alphabetically and you will likely need to refresh the page for the website to update and show the new original listing at the release time.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE / WHERE IS MY ORDER?

UK: within 1-3 working days from dispatch.

Europe (Non EU): within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

USA/AUS and Rest of World: within 15 working days from dispatch.

IS MY ORDER TRACKED?

Original paintings are sent via Tracked Special Delivery Next Day for UK customers and Tracked and Insured for international customers. You will be sent a tracking number in your order dispatch email and/or PayPal if you choose this payment method.

Prints are sent via an untracked service, however international customers have the option of selecting a tracked service at checkout for an additional cost.

DO you ship to the EU?

EU shipping is currently closed due to new packaging regulations and the requirements these involve. I may reopen it in the future if possible.

ARE CUSTOMS FEES COVERED FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK?

Fees are covered for US customers as I use a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service. However, for all international destinations including the US, if the value of an order is over £250, an additional insurance service or alternative courier may be used and any possible import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

For all international customers outside of the US, import tax costs (if any) are the customer’s responsibility. You should receive an email when the order arrives in your country’s customs if you have any costs to pay before being able to receive your order.

CAN I RECREATE ORIGINAL PAINTINGS AS COMMISSIONS?

I do not recreate originals as commissions as each painting is a one-off. However, I can include elements and similar themes to previous painting(s) that you like. For more information please read the details at the bottom of the Commissions page here.
